WAKE COUNTY, N.C – Homebuyers eager to see the estate-style single-family designs at Providence at Yates Pond are invited to join developer Baker Residential on Saturday, November 18th for special “Muddy Boot” tours at the new 88-home luxury community in Cary, North Carolina.

Officials from Baker Residential’s Raleigh, NC Division officially welcomed their newest community, Providence at Yates Pond, with a special ground breaking ceremony. Located in the town of Cary, Providence at Yates Pond will feature 88 estate-inspired homes.
Division President Joseph P. Conlan was joined by General Manager Deveraux Hamilton and members of the homebuilder’s team for the event which signified construction has begun on the community’s model home.
