Division President Joseph P. Conlan was joined by General Manager Deveraux Hamilton and members of the homebuilder’s team for the event which signified construction has begun on the community’s model home.

“We’re now one step closer to delivering an upscale, well-planned community to the greater Raleigh marketplace,” remarked Mr. Conlan.  “We’ve already made tremendous progress on the infrastructure and are excited to begin construction on the first homes at Providence at Yates Pond and bring this much-anticipated residential offering to the market.”

Baker Residential Names Tracy C. Hobbs Sales Representative at Providence at Yates Pond in Cary, North Carolina

Baker Residential is thrilled to announce the addition of Tracy C. Hobbs as Sales Representative for Providence at Yates Pond, the next signature residential community to be introduced in the developer’s North Carolina Division.

A sixteen-year veteran of the greater Raleigh real estate market, Ms. Hobbs will be responsible for leading the onsite sales program at the new collection of 88 estate-style single-family homes in the town of Cary.

“Tracy possesses a strong understanding of the Raleigh marketplace,” says Joseph P. Conlan, President of Baker Residential’s North Carolina Division.  “Her broad experience selling resale homes, as well as new construction will be a valuable asset to our sales program at Providence at Yates Pond.  She also possesses established and trusted relationships with the local brokerage community, which will be critical as we introduce this community to the public in the weeks ahead.  We’re incredibly excited to welcome her to the team.”

Prior to joining Baker Residential, Ms. Hobbs served as a broker at ReMax United, and performed new home sales for notable homebuilders.   A native of North Carolina, Ms. Hobbs grew up in Cary providing her a unique knowledge and perspective of Providence at Yates Pond and her hometown.  In her free time, Ms. Hobbs delights in all the natural and outdoor wonders of North Carolina, including boating, fishing, water recreation and more found at Lake Gaston, less than two hours from Cary, as well relaxing with her favorite books.  Ms. Hobbs currently lives in Raleigh with her husband and two children.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from North Carolina State University.
