NEW WINDSOR, N.Y. – Time is running out to purchase one of the popular three-bedroom townhome designs at The Grove at New Windsor, the fast-selling townhome community rising on the site of the former Stewart Military base in the Orange County Town of New Windsor.

Less than 20 three-bedroom homes remain available as this suburban neighborhood closes out its sales program at a record breaking rate, according to Baker Residential, developer of The Grove.

Included in the remaining homes are some of the most sought-after layouts, including the Maple, Spruce and Aspen designs. The three-bedroom townhomes range from 1,909 to 2,139 square feet and include two-car garages and finished recreation rooms. The homes are priced from an affordable $265,490.

“Since the day we opened our doors the three-bedroom designs have been a hit with homebuyers looking for the combination of value, space and luxury,” says Brett Tinney, Vice President of Sales for Baker Residential. “As a result, we’ve nearly sold out all of these homes in a little over a year. Once they’re gone, they’re gone, so interested prospects are encouraged to contact our sales office today.”

In addition to the three-bedroom homes, less than 24 two-bedroom townhomes are available for sale at The Grove. Priced from $232,490, the homes are being offered with amazing limited time incentives affording buyers even greater value.
